I have used Design Harbour, (Shajesh Balan and Dhanashree Modak Balan) for renovating and improving couple of my properties. Challenges were different as one was a small flat in Mumbai while the other was an old colonial building way out in the hills. Both projects were managed without problems. The projects required creative design solutions with practical advice to achieve successful project conclusions. They were efficient, innovative, inventive in problem solving and refreshingly easy to deal with.
The projects were managed efficiently throughout from beginning to completion. They communicated with me during the projects regularly to keep me abreast of the progress made. The plans were implemented with balance between aesthetics, quality, cost and schedule. The contractors and teams to carry out the work were well picked and carried out quality work efficiently and on schedule. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and it was a joy to work with them without stress.
